You can track the progress of your order directly from your Cedric and La Chocolaterie customer account.
To access it, log in to your account using the email address entered when placing your order by clicking this icon:
You can then consult the section dedicated to your orders.
There you will find, in particular:
- your order summary
- its status
- the available delivery information
- the tracking link when it has been provided by the carrier
NB: The tracking link may only appear after your order has been shipped. If your order has just been confirmed, it is therefore normal for delivery information not to be available yet.
