To ensure payment security and prevent fraudulent use, some orders may be subject to additional checks.
As part of this process, our teams may temporarily suspend the processing of an order and contact the customer or recipient to request certain supporting documents, including:
- proof of address
- an identity document
- proof of debit or payment.
The order may be released once the necessary checks have been completed.
