To be registered and prepared, an order must be paid for in full. An unpaid order cannot be delivered.
In the event of a payment incident, Cedric Grolet and La Chocolaterie also reserves the right to suspend performance of the order concerned until the situation has been regularised.
Any outstanding amounts, together with any costs incurred in recovering them, may be charged to the customer, including reasonable legal costs.
