Any order placed on the Cedric and La Chocolaterie website for home delivery is firm and final once payment has been validated.
After the order has been confirmed, it is therefore no longer possible to request:
- its cancellation
- its amendment
- a refund of the order.
Orders are prepared within the hours following confirmation and then handed to the carrier within less than 24 hours. This rapid process means that we can no longer intervene once the order has been confirmed.
